FRANCE - March 2000

Every 2 years the French magazine
NEO RESTAURATION awards the "Innovation Prize".

After a review of 60 innovative products and equipment, the jury, made up of members of the editorial staff of the magazine, foodservice experts and subscribers of the magazine, all restaurant professionals, awarded GASTROFLEX the "Innovation Prize 2000".


JAPAN - March 2000

For the HOTERES 2000 trade show in Tokyo,  Bourgeat distinguished itself thanks to the demonstrations using its GASTROFLEX pure silicone molds.
Success followed, and the whole line is already available on the Japanese market.


The demonstrations were performed by French Chef Philippe Batton, who has been in Japan for over 10 years
and who knew how to add that the little extra "French touch" to each of his recipes.




USA - November 1999


At the International Hotel/Motel & restaurant Show in New York last november, Bourgeat's GASTROFLEX series was selected as a finalist in the competition for "Best New Product at the show.





USA - October 1999


The American magazine "Foodservice Equipment Reports"in its october 1999 issue selected Bourgeat's GASTROFLEX molds as the winner of the "1999 SMALLWARE AWARD". The jury, composed of seasoned professionals from the foodservice industry, scored the items on the following criteria : problem solving, durability, ergonomics, labor savings and food and health safety.
